DB Modification

- Performed a delicate DB operation in order to fix a problem experienced by people who used the "dual submit" feature before the SN2 and normal DBs were merged. Initial checks indicate everything went successfully, however as with any major operation, please be on the lookout for any problems.

  Trouble has been reported in regard to the "latest scores" scroller. This is being looked into.
